口服当归补血汤加味中药促进剖宫产产妇泌乳及母乳喂养的效果观察

目的探讨口服当归补血汤加味中药对剖宫产产妇泌乳及母乳喂养的效果。方法选取2007年1-12月住院行剖宫产的产妇160例，按分娩时间先后顺序分为试验组及对照组各80例。对照组给予常规的健康教育和母乳喂养指导；试验组在对照组的基础上，遵医嘱于产后6h给予产妇口服当归补血汤加味中药，每日服2次，每次1130ml，连服3d。观察丽组产妇产后24h、48h、72h泌乳情况，比较两组产后第4天的乳房结块发生率及产后42d纯母乳喂养率。结果两组产妇产后24h、48h、72h泌乳情况比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．01），试验组产妇产后24h、48h、72h泌乳量中等和多的人数明显多于对照组；产后第4天试验组乳房结块发生率低于对照组（P〈0．01）；试验组产后42d纯母乳喂养率高于对照组（P＜0．05）。结论剖宫产产妇口服当归补血汤加味中药能促进泌乳，增加乳汁量，降低乳房结块发生率，提高母乳喂养率。

Orally-taken Dangguibuxue Decoction Facilitates Lactation of Parturient Women Undergoing Cesarean Section

Objective To explore the effect of orally-taken Dangguibuxue decoction on lactation of parturient women undergoing cesarean section and breasting feeding. Methods 160 parturient women hospitalized for cesarean section during January to December 2007 were evenly divided in the delivery sequence into experimental group and control group. The controls were nursed with routine health education and instruction on breast feeding, while those in the experimental group were orally administrated with Dangguibuxue decoction 6 hours after delivery for 3 days, twice a day at a dosage of 100 ml. The lactation conditions on 24 h, 48 h and 72 h after delivery in the two groups were observed and compared and the incidence rate of breast agglomeration on day 4 and breast feeding rate on day 42 after delivery were also compared. Results The lactation at a medium or high level in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group at 24 h, 48 h and 72 h （P〈0.01）. The incidence rate of breast agglomeration in the experiment group was lower than that in the control group on day 4 （P〈0.01） and breast feeding rate was significantly higher on day 42 after delivery （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Orally-taken Dangguibuxue decoction for the parturient women undergoing cesarean section can facilitate their lactation, lower the incidence rate of agglomeration and increase the breast feeding rate.
