针刺单双侧取穴辅助米非司酮终止早孕疗效比较

目的观察单双侧取穴对针刺辅助米非司酮终止早孕的影响。方法设药物加单侧取穴组221例，药物加双侧取穴组150例，常规药物组273例。结果药物加单侧取穴组、药物加双侧取穴组以及常规药物组的完全流产率分别为95．9％、95．3％和90．1％。药物加单侧和双侧取穴组的完全流产率均高于对照组；而单侧和双侧取穴组的完全流产率无显著差异。结论针刺辅助米非司酮终止早孕，单侧和双侧取穴的效果相同，因此不必双侧取穴，单侧取穴即可。

Influences of Unilateral and Bilateral Point Selections on Acupuncture-assisted Termination of Early Pregnancy with Mifepristone

Objective To observe the influences of unilateral and bilateral point selection on acupuncture-assisted termination of early pregnancy mifepristone.Methods A medicine plus unilateral point selection group of 221 cases, a medicine plus bilateral point selection group of 150 cases and a routine medicine group of 273 cases were set up.Results The complete abortion rate was 95.5%, 95.3% and 90.1%, respectively, in the medicine plus unilateral point selection, medicine plus bilateral point selection and routine medicine groups. The complete abortion rate was higher in both medicine plus unilateral point selection and medicine plus bilateral point selection groups than in the routine medicine group, but had no significant difference between medicine plus unilateral point selection and medicine plus bilateral point selection groups.Conclusion Unilateral and bilateral point selections have the same effect in acupuncture-assisted termination of early pregnancy with mifepristone
