| 摘 要： | 目的：提高手卫生执行率,降低医院感染发生率。方法：从2003年至今,采取改善洗手设施、制定《瑞金医院手部卫生指南（试行）》、组织形式多样的培训、督查手卫生执行状况、统计手卫生用品用量并反馈等措施,以提高手卫生执行率。结果：通过干预,2005年至2008年该院手卫生执行合格率从33.33%上升至78.94%,手卫生用品用量从11.25ml/（床·日）增至20.03ml/（床·日）,医院感染发生率从8.84%下降至5.11%。结论：提高工作管理水平,注意方式方法,可有效提高手卫生执行率,降低医院感染发生率。
