健康青年男性Eales病患病情况及相关危险因素调查分析

目的:调查健康青年男性Eales病的发病情况及可能的相关危险因素。方法:以3 288名入伍新兵为研究对象，以Jyotirmay Biswas等提出的诊断标准为诊断依据。应用间接检眼镜进行初步筛查，对可疑病例进行荧光血管造影、X线及实验室检查。调查内容包括：Eales病患病率及与其有关的地域、饮食、家庭收入水平、不良嗜好、PPD反应等因素。结果：3 288新兵中确诊为Eales病26例，其中单眼23例，双眼3例，现患率为0.8%, 95%可信区间为0.52%～1.16%。检出疑似病例25例。Eales病发病与地域、饮食、家庭收入水平、吸烟等因素无关联（P>0.05），Eales病发病似与结核菌素试验阳性有关（P<0.05）。结论：Eales病在健康青年人中的患病率较高，接近于印度门诊患者患病率水平。Eales发病可能与结核感染有关。

Epidemiology study of Eales disease and its risk factors in healthy young men

Objective To investigate the incidence and related risk factors of Eales disease in healthy young men. Methods 3 288 recruits from Beijing region were taken part in the investigation. Based on the diagnostic standard forwarded by Jyotirmay Biswas and modificated slightly by ourselves, all the partners were examined by binocular indirect ophthalmoscope. The diagnosis was made by the appearance of the fund, and some ancillary text was used to exclude another disease that mimicking Eales disease. The incidences of Eales disease and the relationship between the incidences of the Eales disease and some factors such as region, diet, income, smoking, drinking and the result of PPD were analyzed by SPSS 12. 0 for Windows. Results 26 were diagnosed ultimately in 3 288 recruits. 23 were suffered by single eye and 3 were suffered by double eyes. The incidences of Eales disease was 0. 8 % with the credible range from 0. 52% to 1. 16%. There were no statistical correlation between the Eales disease and the region, diet, income, smoking (P>0. 05), and there seemed to have some statistical correlation between the incidence of Eales disease and PPD (P<0. 05). Conclusion There is high incidence of Eales disease in healthy young men, and it approachs to the level of the outpatient in Indian. PPD may play some roles in the incidence of Eales disease.
