牙髓再生的临床研究

摘    要:目的:探讨可吸收明胶海绵为支架,利用牙体本身种子细胞、诱导分子加MTA封闭,诱导临床牙髓再生的可能性。方法:选取临床上不可复性牙髓炎病例143例,去除冠部感染牙髓,保留根部活的牙髓,随机分成两组,实验组采用可吸收明胶海绵支架加MTA封闭,对照组采用氢氧化钙覆盖,观察症状转归情况,牙髓活力变化情况。结果:术后3个月症状好转情况、牙髓活力情况,实验组均明显优于对照组(P〈0.05)。结论:可吸收明胶海绵加MTA诱导体内牙髓再生是可能的。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the possibility of pulp regeneration in vivo with absorbale gelatin sponge as the scaffold, and dental seed cells, induced molecules and MTA closed. Method: Clinical Irreducible pulpitis patients 143 cases,removed the crown infection pulp and retained the root living pulp,randomly divided into two groups,experimental group, absorbable gelatin sponge as the scaffold and MTA closed,control group,calcium hydroxide coverage, obsered symptoms situation, pulp situation Result: Symptom improved situation, pulp vitality situation 3 months after surgery,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group (P 〈0.05). Conclusion: Pulp regeneration in vivo is possible with absorbable gelatin sponge as the scaffold and MTA induced.
