64排螺旋CT后处理技术在正畸埋伏牙诊疗中的价值

摘    要:目的:探讨64排螺旋CT三维重建技术在诊疗正畸埋伏牙中的应用价值。方法:对27例埋伏牙患者行64排螺旋CT扫描,通过容积再现(vR)、最大密度投影(MIP)、多平面重建(MPR)S13曲面重建(CPR)等技术对扫描图像进行后期处理,对颌骨内埋伏牙进行三维定位,指导制定正畸治疗方案。结果:27例患者共有32颗埋伏牙。通过64排螺旋CT多种重建技术的组合应用,均得以清晰显示埋伏牙的位置、形态、大小、萌出方向及其与周围组织的关系,与手术符合率100%。结论:64排螺旋CT后处理技术可提供埋伏牙位置的准确数据,为正畸治疗方案的选择提供客观依据,具有重要临床应用价值。

Diagnositic value of the three-dimensional reconstruction technique of 64-slices spiral CT in embedded teeth.

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the value of three-dimensional reconstruction technique of 64-slices spiral CT in em- bedded teeth before orthodontic treatment. Method:27 cases were examined by 64-slices helical CT.The exact localization of the embedded teeth in jaws was acquired by using volume rendering(VR),maxi-mum intensity projection(MIP),multiplanar re- formation(MPR) and curve plane reconstruction(CPR). Result:The localization,morphous,size,erupted orientation and relation- ship between surrounding tissues of the 32 embedded teeth in 27 patients were displayed by effectually using the images of VR,MIP, MPR and CPR. According to the results of surgery,the accurate rate was 100 %. Conclusion:The exact data and ob- jective evidence of the treatment plan could be provided by 64-slices spiral CT which will have important clinical applica- tion.
