2006—2008年五莲县各级医疗机构消毒效果监测

目的了解五莲县各级医疗机构消毒工作质量及存在的问题,提高消毒效果和质量。方法按GB-15982-1995《医院消毒卫生标准》,对五莲县2006—2008年各级医疗机构的消毒效果进行检测。结果 2006—2008年合计检测843份样品,合格率为84.34%。2006—2008年合格率分别为75.71%、86.11%、91.27%,呈逐年上升的趋势,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。各监测对象的合格率分别为：使用中消毒液88.51%,物体表面85.91%,医护人员手84.41%、空气66.67%,不同样品间合格率的差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。县级、乡级及个人医疗机构合格率分别为93.40%、81.63%和64.90%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论五莲县各级医疗机构消毒检测合格率呈逐年上升趋势,但还应继续加强监督检测频次,不同级别医疗机构中个体医疗机构消毒与灭菌质量处于较低水平,医院内部各类环境的消毒效果存在差异。应加强个体医疗机构及医院内部空气的消毒管理。

Monitoring on Disinfection Effect of Medical Institutions at Various Levels in Wulian County from 2006 to 2008

Objective]To know the disinfection quality of medical institutions at various levels in Wulian county and existing problems,improve the effect and quality of disinfection.Methods]According to the Hygiene Standards for Hospital Disinfection（GB 15982-1995）,the disinfection effects of medical institutions at various levels in Wulian from 2006 to 2008 were tested.Results]843 samples were tested during 2006-2008,and the qualified rate was 84.34%.From 2006 to 2008,the annual qualified rate was 75.71%,86.11% and 91.27% respectively,which increased year by year significantly（P〈0.01）.The qualified rates of various monitoring objects were as followed： disinfectant solution in use was 88.51%,object surface was 85.91%,hands of medical staff was 84.41%,and air was 66.67%.There was significant difference in the qualified rate among different samples（P〈0.01）.The qualified rate of county-level,village-level and private medical institutions was 93.40%,81.63% and 64.90% respectively,the difference was significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion]The qualified rate of disinfection in medical institutions at various levels in Wulian increased year by year,but the frequency of supervision and inspection should also be improved.Among the medical institutions at various levels,the disinfection quality of private medical institutions stayed at low level.The disinfection effect of various environments in hospitals was different.The disinfection management of private medical institutions and air in hospitals should be strengthened.
