| 摘 要： | 目的: 观察后路椎间盘镜下多节段有限减压治疗腰椎管狭窄症的临床疗效。方法: 后路椎间盘镜下多节段有限减压治疗18例腰椎管狭窄症,比较治疗前后Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)和视觉模拟评分(VAS)变化,观察手术疗效。结果: 治疗后ODI和VAS评分明显低于治疗前(P<0.01)。随访8~39个月,按Nakai评价标准评定为优11例,良3例,可3例,差1例,优良率为77.78%。结论: 椎间盘镜下多节段有限减压治疗腰椎管狭窄症创伤小,出血少,术后疗效满意。
