正常孕妇不同孕期及产后3天D-二聚体和凝血指标的变化及意义

目的: 检测正常孕妇在不同孕期及产后3天D-二聚体(D-D)和凝血指标的变化,并探讨其临床意义。方法: 采用全自动血凝分析仪检测80例健康女性体检者(对照组)、240例孕妇(早、中、晚孕组各80例)及80例产后3天产妇的D-D、凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、凝血酶时间(TT)。结果: 产后3天组PT均高于对照组和早、中、晚孕组(P<0.05~P<0.01),而早、中、晚孕组均明显高于对照组(P<0.01);FIB、APTT和D-D在中、晚孕组与其他各组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05~P<0.01);晚孕组TT均低于对照组和产后3天组(P<0.05)。结论: 孕妇随孕期延长血液逐渐呈现高凝状态,产后3天趋于正常;对其凝血指标进行动态检测,对预防孕产妇血栓栓塞性疾病有一定指导意义。

Changes of D-dimer and blood coagulation index in normal pregnancy and three-day-postpartum
