| 摘 要： | 目的: 探讨经皮椎体后凸成形术(PKP)治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折(OVCF)的临床疗效及相关并发症的预防。方法: 在C型臂X线机透视下,应用PKP治疗11例OVCF。测定手术前后患者的视觉模拟评分、伤椎前缘高度及Cobb角,并作统计分析。结果: 11例患者均手术成功,术后患者较术前视觉模拟评分减小、伤椎高度增加及Cobb角恢复(P<0.01)。术中出现1例骨水泥渗漏,但未出现肺栓塞和脊髓、神经受压。术后2个月出现1例相邻椎体骨折,无肋骨骨折、感染并发症发生。结论: PKP治疗OVCF能够迅速减轻骨折引起的疼痛,并能恢复伤椎高度,矫正脊柱后凸畸形,且手术创伤小,安全可靠。
