| 摘 要： | 目的: 探讨子宫颈醋白上皮临床病理特征及其意义。方法: 对阴道镜子宫颈醋白试验阳性700例进行定位活检,并对临床病理资料予以总结。结果: 病理诊断炎症471例,子宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)121例(CIN1 65例,CIN2 28例,CIN3 28例),鳞状细胞癌7例,鳞状化生34例,增生64例及正常黏膜3例。结论: 阴道镜醋白上皮定位活检病理检查可指导子宫颈癌前病变和子宫颈癌的筛查、诊断和治疗。
