| 摘 要： | 目的 分析男男性行为人群淋球菌和生殖道沙眼衣原体感染的相关危险因素,为制定有效防治措施提供依据.方法 采用同伴推动法对男男性行为人群进行现场问卷调查,取禁尿2 h以上的首段尿液进行生殖道淋球菌和沙眼衣原体核酸检测.结果 男男性行为人群中淋球菌、沙眼衣原体感染阳性率分别为1.4%、4.5%,混合感染0.2%.年龄、文化程...

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the prevalence of gonococcal and chlamydial infections in men who have sex with men(MSM) for the disease control and prevention.Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted in MSM,urine specimens were collected to detected neisseria gonorrhoeae(NG) and chlamydia trachomatis(CT).Results The infection of NG and CT reached to 1.4% and 4.5%,1 case(0.2%) was found mixed infection of NG and CT.No significant correlation was found in NG infection with age,standard of culture,sexual behavior ... |
