嗜人按蚊和中华按蚊蛹的蛋白质等生化指标的初步研究

摘    要:糖、脂、蛋白质和酯酶同工酶IEF区带在嗜人按蚊分别为17、8、29和18条;中华按蚊16、8、30和20条。两者绝大部分区带分布在pH5-8范围,尤以pH5-6区域主带为多。嗜人按蚊和中华按蚊分别显示多肽斑点266和268个,其大多数为小分子量的酸性蛋白,两者差异斑点分别为74和76个,平均差异27.5%。

Abstract:Sugars, lipids, proteins and esterase isozymes of the pupae of An. anthropophagus and An. sinensis were compared by IEF and two-dimensional gel electrophoresis, to give aid to taxonomy, physiology, biochemistry and toxicology of the both species of mosquitoes. The results showed that the both IEF patterns of sugars, lipids and proteins were similar:17, 8 and 29 bands in An. anthropophagus; 16, 8 and 30 bands in An. Sinensis; and there were some differences in esterase isozymes: 18 bands in An. anthropophagus, 20 bands in An. sinensis. Most bands were distributed within pH 5-8, and their main bands within pH 5-6. There existed 266 polypeptide spots in An. anthropophagus, 268 in An. sinensis, most of which were low molecular weight and acidic isoelectric point, and altogether 27.5% different spots were found. The authors believed that the electrophoretic patterns of IEF of esterase isozymes and two-dimensional electrophoresis of protein may be used to differentiate the pupae of the both species of mosquitoes.
