| 摘 要： | 目的:研究尿白蛋白排泄率与糖尿病患者中医症状的关系,为中医糖尿病的诊断治疗提供一种可量化的方法。方法:测取入选患者的尿白蛋白排泄率和中医证候得分并进行统计分析。结果:糖尿病中医症状表现越严重,尿白蛋白排泄率越高。结论:尿白蛋白排泄率与糖尿病中医证候之间存在固有的联系,可以为中医糖尿病的诊断治疗提供一种可量化的方法,传统的中医证候的科学性可以被现代医学证实。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the correlation between the urine albumin excretion rate(UAER) and TCM symptoms of diabetes,so as to provide a quantitative method for the diagnosis and treatment of diabetes in TCM.Methods: We measured UAER and TCM symptomatic scores of enrolled diabetic patients respectively and conducted the statistic analysis.Results: Severe the TCM symptoms of diabetes was,higher the urine protein excretion rate was.Conclusion: There exists certain internal relation between the UAER and TCM symptomatic characteristics.UAER could afford a quantitative method for the TCM diagnosis and treatment of diabetes.The science of TCM symptomatic characteristics can be proved by modern medicine. |
