| 摘 要： | 【目的】探讨血清肌钙蛋白I(CTnI)在小儿病毒性心肌炎诊断中的价值。【方法】将 1 998年 1月至2 0 0 2年 1 2月间临床诊断为病毒性心肌炎的住院患儿 6 8例 ,在同一时段 ,同一份血清分别测试CTnI、血清肌酸激酶心肌型 (CK MB)值。【结果】CTnI对诊断小儿病毒性心肌炎敏感性高于CK MB(P <0 .0 1 ) ;CTnIT诊断窗口时间明显长于CK MB(P <0 .0 1 )。【结论】CTnI有助于病毒性心肌炎的诊断 ,且操作简便 ,无需昂贵仪器 ,便于基层使用

| Abstract: | To investigate the diagnostic value of serum cardiac troponin I (CTnI) levels in children viral myocarditis (CVM).Sixty-eight children diagnosed clinically as CVM were admitted in our hospital from January ,1998 to December,2002. Their serum CTnI levels and creatine kinase-MB(CK-MB) activities were estimated at the same time.The sensitivity of serum CTnI level for diagnosis of CVM was higher than that of CK-MB(P<0.01); but the duration required for diagnostic report in CTnI was much longer than that in CK-MB (P<0.01).Conclusion]The serum CTnI level is helpful to the diagnosis of CVM. Its estimation can be performed simply, without expensive instruments and its application is convenient in common hospitals. |
