| 摘 要： | 本文报告了16例原发性无功能性肾上腺皮质肿瘤，其临床表现多不明显，主要依靠B超或CT检查发现，恶性比例数大．一经诊断应尽快手术切除肿瘤，手术切口的选择应根据肿瘤直径大小，性质而定．

| Abstract: | 16 cases of primary adrenocortical tumor without function had been reported, their clinical symptom is not very typical. The tumor was found by B-US or CT examination chiefly, most of them is a malignent. The primary non-functioning adrenocortical tumor should be actively operated, once it was diagnosed. The choice of operative incision had been decided according to the diameter and nature of the tumor. |
