| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨辨证施护对缺血性中风急性期患者肢体功能恢复的影响。方法:将76例缺血性中风急性期患者随机分为试验组和对照组,两组均采用相同的基础治疗、康复、常规护理,试验组在此基础上运用辨证施护。结果:试验组的神经功能缺损评分(CNS)、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分与对照组相比,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:辨证施护能够改善中风患者神经功能缺损、促进肢体功能的恢复。

| Abstract: | Objective：To discuss the effects of nursing based on syndrome differentiation on function of limbs for ischemic stroke patients in acute stage.Methods：76 patients of ischemic stroke in acute stage were randomly divided into the test group and control group.Both two groups used the same basic therapy,rehabilitation and nursing.Besides,the test group used nursing based on syndrome differentiation.Results：The differences of CNS and FMA（Fugl-Meyer） between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The nursing based on syndrome differentiation could improve the neurological deficit situation and facilitate the recovery of limbs function. |
