摘    要:通过单因素实验选择和正交设计法对五味子中多糖进行微波提取,以五味子中的多糖提取率为指标,分别对料液比、提取温度、提取时间和提取次数等因素进行考察,优化出了微波法提取五味子多糖的最佳条件:料液比(m/V)为1g:20mL、提取温度为30℃、提取时间为40min、提取次数为3次,优化后在此条件下多糖提取率可高达14.86%。

Abstract:In this study,single factor experiment and orthogonal design was used for microwave extraction of polysaccharide from Schisandra chinensis Turcz.Bail.The solid-liquid ratio,extraction temperature,extraction time and extraction frequencies and other factors were observed.The best conditions for the microwave method to extract polysaccharide were as follows:solid-liquid ratio(m/V)was1g:20mL,extraction temperature was set at 30℃,extraction time was 40min,extracting for 3 times.Under this condition,polysaccharide extraction rate can be up to 14.86%.
