摘    要:目的:总结南昌及周边地区感染后咳嗽的证型和中医治疗效果。方法:根据就诊的感染后咳嗽患者证候特点进行辨证分类,然后依据证型予以中医汤剂治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:南昌及周边地区感染后咳嗽证型主要分为寒湿阻肺、湿热蕴肺、风燥伤肺、气血不足、余热未尽兼阴虚5型;以治疗12天为疗效评估截止日期,中医治疗的治愈与显效比例共占纳入患者总数87%。结论:感染后咳嗽证型与气候环境因素有较大相关性,中医辨证治疗感染后咳嗽疗效肯定。

Abstract:Objective:Summary on syndromes and Traditional Chinese Medicine curative effect of cough after infection in Nanchang and surrounding areas was made.Methods:It was to differentiate the syndromes by symptom characteristics of cough patients after infection firstly and the curative effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine was observed then.Results:Syndromes of the cough after infection included cold-dampness stagnated in lungs,dampness-heat gathered in lungs,wind and dryness impairing lungs,Qi and blood deficiency and surplus heat and Yin deficiency in lungs.The proportion was 87% of the cure and super effect accounting for the total patients treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine.Conclusion:Syndromes of cough after infection are much more dependent on climatic and environmental factors and it can get super curative effect treated by treatment based on syndrome differentiation in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
