早期康复加小夹板或石膏固定对桡骨远端骨折愈合后关节功能的影响

目的:在早期康复的基础上比较应用不同的固定方法对桡骨远端骨折愈合后关节功能的影响,从而为临床应用提供依据。方法:将入选的236例桡骨远端骨折患者,随机分为石膏固定组和小夹板固定组,分别进行石膏固定、小夹板固定,并进行为期8周的早期康复训练。通过骨折的功能评分来比较不同方法的优良率。结果:石膏固定加早期康复优良率77.12%、小夹板固定加早期康复优良率93.22%,两者具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:用小夹板固定加早期康复训练的方法治疗桡骨远端骨折更利于愈合后关节功能的恢复,值得推广应用。

Influence of Early Rehabilitation and Splintage or Plaster Fixation on Joint Functions after Distal Radius Fracture Healing

Objective:To compare the efficacy of different fixations with plaster or splintage in distal radius fracture based on early rehabilitation.Methods:Two hundred and thirty-six cases of distal radius fracture were randomly divided into the fixation with plaster group and the splintage group,with 118 cases in each group.After different fixator,early rehabilitation was given in 8 week.Results:The excellent efficacy rate of the fixation with plaster group was 77.12%,that of the splintage group was 93.22%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The method of early recover treatment combined with splintage is better for distal radius fracture recover,it should be widely applied.
