蛛丝毛蓝耳草挥发油的化学成分研究

摘    要:目的:分析蛛丝毛蓝耳草挥发油的化学成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏的方法提取挥发油,利用GC-MS进行化学成分分析。结果:共鉴定出8种主要化学成分,占挥发油总量的85.557%。结论:脂肪酸类化合物含量最高,百分含量为73.484%,其中十六烷酸的含量最高,为65.570%。

Abstract:Objective:To study the chemical constituents of the volatile oil from Cyanotis arachnoidea.Methods:The volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation and was identified by GC-MS.Results:8 compounds were identified and their amount accounted for 85.557% of total volatile oil.Conclusion:The content of fatty acid(73.484%)which mainly includes hexendecanoic acid(65.570%)was the highest in volatile oil.
