| 摘 要： | 目的:观察中药组(清肺愈痤方加减配合颠倒散外敷)与西药组(多西环素肠溶胶囊配合达芙文凝胶外用)治疗痤疮的不良反应。方法:将298例痤疮患者随机分成两组,试验组150例,采用清肺愈痤方加减配合颠倒散外敷;对照组146例,采用多西环素配合达芙文外用,观察两组不良反应事件并分析。结果:试验组与对照组有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清肺愈痤方加减配合颠倒散外敷治疗痤疮与多西环素配合达芙文相比,不良反应轻。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the adverse reactions of Chinese and Western medicine treating acne.Methods：298 cases of acne vulgaris were randomly divided into 2 groups.The experimental group had 150 cases,which were treated by Qingfei Yucuo formula combined with compound Diandao pulvis;the control group had 146 cases,which were treated by doxycycline and differin.Results：There was a statistical significance（P〈0.05）between the experimental group and the control group in the relapse rate.Conclusion：Compared with doxycycline and differin,Qingfei Yucuo formula combined with compound Diandao pulvis has slighter adverse reactions. |
