长圆针解结天宗次治疗乳腺增生病的临床研究

目的:观察长圆针解结天宗次治疗乳腺增生病的疗效。方法:选取60例乳腺增生患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,治疗组依据经筋理论,采用长圆针解结经筋病灶点天宗次治疗,对照组采用毫针治疗,观察临床疗效。结果:治疗组痊愈15例,有效15例,痊愈率为50%,总有效率为100%;毫针组痊愈4例,有效26例,痊愈率为13.33%,总有效率为86.67%。治疗组的痊愈率、总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:长圆针解结天宗次治疗乳腺增生病效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Research of Long Round Needle in Unlashing Tuber of Tianzongci to Treat Cyclomastopathy

Objective：To observe the curative effect of long round needle unlashing acupoint of Tianzongci（near acupoint of Tianzong）in cyclomastopathy.Methods：60 patients of cyclomastopathy were chosen and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 patients of each group.According to musculature theory,long round needle was applied to unlash pathogenetic locations on musculature of acupoint of Tianzongci in treatment.In control group,filiform needle was applied to treat patients,then the clinical curative effect was observed.Results：15 patients of treatment group were cured and 15 patients were effective,with cure rate of 50% and total effective rate of 100%;4 patients were cured in filiform needle group and 26 patients were effective,with cure rate of 13.33% and total effective rate of 86.67%.Cure rate of treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group（P0.01）.Conclusion：Long round needle has outstanding treatment effect which deserves clinical generalization and application.
