仝小林运用干姜黄芩黄连人参汤治疗2型糖尿病临床回顾性分析

目的:研究探讨干姜黄芩黄连人参汤对治疗2型糖尿病降糖的效果,对2型糖尿病的治疗具有指导性意义。方法:选择2009年7月—2011年9月所有使用干姜黄芩黄连人参汤为主治疗的2型糖尿病患者212例。对治疗前后的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白进行统计分析。主要结果:治疗前后结果比较:纯中药组:疗程2个月的空腹血糖治疗前后有显著性差异(P<0.05);疗程3～6个月的餐后2h血糖治疗前后有显著性差异(P<0.01);疗程3～6个月的糖化血红蛋白治疗前后有显著性差异(P<0.05)。中药+西药组:疗程1个月、疗程2个月和疗程3～6个月的空腹血糖治疗前后有显著性差异(P<0.01);疗程1～2个月和疗程3～6个月的餐后2h血糖治疗前后有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01);疗程3～6个月的糖化血红蛋白治疗前后有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:从治疗前后比较的结果看出干姜黄芩黄连人参汤具有显著降糖的效果,是治疗2型糖尿病临床有效的中药复方。

Retrospective Clinic Research of Professor TONG Xiao-lin Treating Type 2 Diabetes with Ganjiang Huangqin Renshen Decoction

Objective：By retrospective clinic research to find the effect on lowering blood glucose with Ganjiang Huangqin Huanglian Renshen Decoction,which is considered as guidance for treating type 2 diabetes.Methods：212 outdoor patients from July.2009 to September.2011,who were treated by Ganjiang Huangqin Huanglian Renshen Decoction,were chosen.The clinical effect before and after treatment（FBG,2h-PBG,HbA1c）was compared with paired t test or Wilcoxon Signed Ranks.Results：Comparison of clinical effect before and after the treatment：in TCM group,there was obvious difference in FBG in 2-month duration（P〈0.05）;there was obvious difference in both 2hPBG and HbA1c in 3～6 months（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）.In TCM＋WMS group,in 1 month,2 and 3～6 months,there was obvious difference in FBG（P〈0.01）;in 1～2 and 3～6 months,there was obvious difference in 2h-PBG（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）;in 3～6 months,there was obvious difference in HbA1c（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Ganjiang Huangqin Huanglian Renshen Decoction has a positive on effect on lowering blood glucose.
