摘    要:目的;观察不同溶剂异丙酚的抗氧化保护作用。方法:以H2O2对离体红细胞和血红蛋白的氧化损伤为实验模型,观察不同浓度,观察不同浓度,不同溶剂异丙酚的抗氧化作用。结果:异丙酚能有效抑制H2O2诱发的红细胞溶血和脂质过氧化产物生成,对Hb的氧化反应也有一定的抑制作用,例题作为其赋形剂的内脂成分可同时成粗旨质过氧化底物而降低异丙酚的抗氧化作用。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the antioxidative protection of propofol with different solvents.Methods:Using oxidative injury of erythrocyte and haemoglobin induced by H 2O 2 as models,the antioxidative effects of propofol with different solvents and at different concentrations were studied.Results:Propofol effectively inhibited hemolysis and lipidperoxide generation of erythrocyte stimulated by H 2O 2 and the oxidative reaction of haemoglobin.As its solvent, intralipid component as the substrate of lipid peroxidation may weaken its antioxidative activities.Conclusion:Antioxidative protection of propofol may be due to its inhibitory effects on lipid peroxidation.
