| 摘 要： | 目的:对雾化吸入普米克令舒及普米克令舒加万托林联合吸入在毛细支气管炎治疗中的疗效进行比较.方法:65例患儿随机分成两组,分别吸入普米克令舒(对照组)和普米克令舒加万托林(观察组),对其症状缓解的时间进行统计评估.结果:观察组治愈率高于对照组(P＜0.05),有显著性差异.观察组症状持续时间明显短于对照组(P＜0.01),差异极其显著.结论:普米克令舒与万托林联合吸入治疗毛细支气管炎,疗效显著,有其明显的优越性.

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the effect of inhalation therapy of Pulmicort Respules suspension with that of Pulmicort Respules suspension and Ventolin liquid in the treatment of bronchiolitis in children. Methods 65 cases of infant suffering from bronchiolitis were randomly divided into observation group (33cases) and control group(32cases), observation group with Pulmicort Respules and Ventolin, control group with Pulmicort Respules only, to observe the duration of their symptoms. Results Observation group showed a higher cure rate than control group(P<0.05), the duration of the symptoms in observation group was obviously shorter than that in control group(P<0.01). Conclusion The combination use of atomized Pulmicort Respules suspension and Ventolin liquid in treating bronchiolitis may get better efficacy and show obvious superiority. |
