联合检测尿微量白蛋白、β2微球蛋白对糖尿病早期肾损伤诊断的意义

目的:通过检测糖尿病患者尿微量白蛋白(u-ALB)、β2微球蛋白(β2-M)的水平,探讨早期诊断糖尿病肾损伤的方法。方法:免疫透射比浊法检测尿微量白蛋白、微粒子酶免分析法检测β2微球蛋白。结果:尿蛋白阴性的糖尿病患者尿微量白蛋白结果(均值为66.42mg/L)、β2微球蛋白结果(均值为1.48mg/L)与正常对照组比较(均值分别为18.5mg/L、0.84mg/L)有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:联合检测尿微量白蛋白、β2微球蛋白对糖尿病早期肾损伤的诊断有重要意义。糖尿病患者应进行尿微量白蛋白、β2微球蛋白的筛查,可以有效地预防和监控糖尿病并发症的发生发展,提高阳性率,避免漏检。

Significance of combined detection of udnary albumin,i~ 2-microglobulin diabetes early diagnosis of renal injury

Objective Through the detection of urinary microalbuminuria in diabetic patients(u-ALB),132-microglobu- lin levels,To study the early diagnosis of diabetic kidney injury method.Methods Immune transmission turbidity of urine microslbumin,Microparticle enzyme immunoassay detection of 3 2 -microglobulin.Results Urinary protein negative patients with diabetic microalbuminuria(average for 66.42 mg/L),β2-microglobulin(average for 1.48 mg/L)and normal control group(mean difference of 18.5 mg/L and 0.84 mg/L))was significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Combined detection of mi- croalbuminuria,β2-microglobulin diabetes early diagnosis of renal injury in significance.Diabetic patients should be con- ductod urinary albumin,β2 microglobulin in the screening,can effectively prevent and control the occurrence and develop- ment of diabetic complications,the positive rate increased to avoid missed.
