| 摘 要： | 目的建立胃舒颗粒的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱（TLC）法对胃舒颗粒中的延胡索、木香进行了定性鉴别，并用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法对制剂中的木香所含木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯进行了含量测定。结果TLC法色谱斑点清晰，木香烃内酯和去氢木香内酯进样量分别在0．66～3．96μg和0.52～3.12μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。结论所建立的方法简便可行，重现性好，为胃舒颗粒质量标准控制提供了方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To develop the quality control of Weishu granule. Methods Radix aucklandiae and Rhizoma corydal is in Weishu granule were identified by TLC. Costunolide and dehydrocostus lactone were determined by HPLC. Results The TLC spots developed were clear, Costunolide and dehydrocostus lactone showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0. 66-3.96 TLC; HPLC; Weishu granule; eostunolide; dehydroeostus laetoneg, 0.52-3.12 TLC; HPLC; Weishu granule; eostunolide; dehydroeostus laetoneg. Conclusion This method is sensitive, quick and accurate for the quality control of Weishu granule. |
