| 摘 要： | 目的：躁狂症患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及其相关因素。方法：收集32例躁狂症患者和30名健康对照者，采外周血作T淋巴细胞亚群测定，躁狂症组同时进行家族史、临床类型及简明精神病评定量表（BPRS）、Bech-Rafaelsen躁狂量表（BRMS）评定。结果：躁狂症患者T淋巴细胞亚群中CD3细胞数显著高于对照组。而与性别、家族史及临床类型无关。结论：躁狂症患者细胞免疫功能活跃，精神－神经－免疫系统存在复杂的相互联系。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study on T cell subpopulation and related factors in manic patients. Method:32 manic inpatients and 30 normal controls were included in this study. T cell subpopulation levels were detected,at the same time,family history of psychiatric disorders, clinical subtypes,scales of BPRS and BRMS were assessed. Results:CD 3 subpopulations in blood were significantly higher in manic patients. Among different clinical subtypes,different positive family history or different sex, there were no differences of T cell subpopulations in all manic patients. Conclusion:Functions of cellular immunity are active in manics. Complex correlations may exist among mental, nervous and immune systems. |
