血清胆红素、尿酸、血脂水平与冠心病的关系探讨

目的探讨冠心病血清胆红素、血脂及尿酸水平变化及其临床意义。方法抽取冠心病组与健康对照组清晨空腹静脉血,应用全血动生化分析仪对血清胆红素、尿酸、血脂进行检测。结果冠心病组血清总胆红素、直接胆红素、间接胆红素、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、载脂蛋白A1含量显著低于健康对照组;尿酸、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、载脂蛋白B显著高于对照组;而胆固醇变化不明显。结论检测冠心病患者血清胆红素、尿酸、血脂水平,对预测评估冠心病有一定临床价值。
