中药仙灵脾对2型糖尿病大鼠炎症因子的影响

摘    要:目的:评价中药仙灵脾对2型糖尿病大鼠炎症因子的影响。方法:雄性Wistar大鼠70只,从中随机选取10只为正常对照组,其余应用高糖高脂饲料喂养及链脲佐菌素腹腔注射造模,成模2型糖尿病大鼠共44只按血糖值随机分组:糖尿病(DM)模型对照组(16只)、仙灵脾组(16只)、二甲双胍组(12只),各组共相应给药8周,治疗前后取血测量血糖(FBG)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)。结果:成模2型糖尿病各组大鼠FBG,CRP,TNF-α,IL-6水平均较正常对照组大鼠明显增高(P<0.01)。应用仙灵脾及二甲双胍治疗的两组大鼠的FBG,CRP,TNF-α,IL-6水平均较DM模型对照组显著下降(P<0.05),但两治疗组比较差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中药仙灵脾治疗2型糖尿病大鼠可降低炎症因子水平,抑制体内炎症反应。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of epimedium on inflammatory factor in type 2 diabetic rats.Methods:Ten normal rats(normal control group)was selected from 70 diabetic rats,others was feeded by high-glucose and high-fat diet and injected streptozocin,these models with type 2 diabetic were randomly divided into diabetes mellitus(DM) model group(16 rats),epimedium group(16 rats) and metformin group(12 rats).These group were given medical for 8 weeks.We observed their blood glucose(FBG),C reaction protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6).Results:Blood glucose,CRP,TNF-α,IL-6 were significantly higher in type 2 diabetic rats groups than in normal control group(P<0.01).Compared with DM model group,blood glucose,CRP,TNF-α,IL-6 were significantly decreased in epimedium group and metformin group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between epimedium group and metformin group.Conclusion:Epimedium could reduce the level of inflammatory factor and inhibit inflammatory reaction.
