盘龙七片治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效与中医证候关系的临床观察

目的：观察盘龙七片治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效与中医证候关系。方法：通过盘龙七片治疗腰椎间盘突出症120例，按中医证候分型分为血瘀证、寒湿证、湿热证、肝肾亏虚证四种证型各30例，均采用盘龙七片口服治疗，治疗后根据其疗效评定分析盘龙七片治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效与其中医证型的关系。结果：盘龙七片治疗腰椎间盘突出证属血瘀证与寒湿证两种中医证型临床疗效治疗前后有明显的差异性，而湿热痹阻、肝肾亏虚治疗前后临床疗效比较没有明显的差异性。结论：盘龙七片治疗血瘀证、寒湿证腰椎间盘突出症具有明显有临床疗效，临床医生在临床上应用中成药时要根据中医辨证论治选择使用中成药。

Relationship between the Clinical Effect and TCM Syndrome for Treatment of Lumbar Disc Hernination with Dragon Seven

Objective:To observe the relationship between the clinical effect and TCM syndrome for treatment of lumbar disc hernination with dragon seven.Methods:All 120 cases with lumbar disc hernination were randomly divided into blood stasis group,cold card group,damp heat group,and liver and kidney deficiency group according to TCM syndromes,with 30 cases in each group.They were all oral treated with dragon seven,and then,the relationship between the clinical effect and TCM syndrome was analyzed.Results:The clinical efficacy was significantly different before and after treatment with dragon seven in the blood stasis group and cold card group,but which was no different in the damp heat group and liver and kidney deficiency group.Conclusion:The dragon seven are effective for treatment of lumbar disc hernination with TCM syndromes of blood stasis and cold card.Clinicians applied of proprietary Chinese medicines should according to TCM syndromes.
