| 摘 要： | 微小RNA(miRNAs)是近年来发现的一类长度约22个核苷酸的编码小分子RNA,它通过促使靶mRNA降解或抑制其翻译来调节靶基因的表达,在细胞的分化、增殖,个体发育,机体代谢以及肿瘤的发生、发展过程中发挥重要作用。宫颈癌是常见的妇科恶性肿瘤之一,是女性第二大恶性肿瘤以及与癌症相关死亡的原因,严重威胁女性健康。miRNAs在宫颈癌组织及血清中表达上调或下调,推断其可能参与宫颈癌的发生、发展,在宫颈癌的发生、发展过程中起着癌基因或抑癌基因的作用。

| Abstract: | Recently-found microRNAs(miRNAs),about 22 nucleotides long,are a kind of non-coded small RNAs.miRNAs which regulate target gene expresssion through slowing the breakdown of target mRNA or inhibiting the translation,play important roles in cell differentiation,proliferation,individual growth,organic metabolism,and tumor development.Cervical cancer is the second most common malignant tumor and cause of death for women.miRNAs increase or decrease in cervical cancer tissue and blood serum,so it is infenred that they may play a role in the genesis and development of cervical cancer,functioning as oncogene or cancer suppressor gene. |
