| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨在基层医院使用YL-1型颅内血肿微创穿刺针治疗慢性硬膜下血肿的可行性.方法 对我院利用YL-1型微创穿刺针治疗62例慢性硬膜下血肿进行回顾性分析.结果 60例一次性治愈,2例二次穿刺治愈.结论 使用 YL-1型微创穿刺针治疗慢性硬膜下血肿安全可靠,简便易行,患者容易接受,值得基层医院首选.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the feasibility of Micro treatment for chronic subdural hematoma with Models YL-1 intracranial hematoma puncture needle in the basic hospital.Methods Retrospective analysis on 62 cases with minimally invasive surgery for chronic subdural hematoma in our hospital were reviewed.Results 60 cases were totally cleared,and 2 cases were cured again.Conclusion The minimally invasive treatment of chronic subdural hematoma is simple in operation,safty,with satisified effect and low cost. |
