芦根醇提物对糖尿病小鼠微量元素干预效果的研究

摘    要:目的:观察芦根醇提物对糖尿病小鼠微量元素变化的干预作用。方法:链脲佐菌素诱导制备糖尿病小鼠模型,将实验小鼠分为正常对照组,模型对照组、阳性对照组、芦根醇提物高、中、低剂量给药组,每组10只。给予芦根醇提物灌胃1次/d,5周后检测小鼠肝脏及骨髓组织中Cu、Se、Ca、Fe、Zn、Mg元素含量。结果:芦根醇提物可降低糖尿病小鼠肝组织中Cu的含量,各组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),Se、Zn、Mg含量各组之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);同时也可降低股骨骨髓组织中Ca含量,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),但是对Fe含量变化无影响,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:糖尿病小鼠微量元素代谢紊乱,芦根醇提物对其具有一定的改善作用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the intervention effects of Rhizoma Phragmitis ethanol extract on changes of trace elements in diabetic mice.Method Streptozotocin induced diabetic mouse model,the experimental mice were divided into normal control group,model control group,positive control group,reed rhizome ethanol extract high,medium and low dose group(n=10).Rhizoma Phragmitis ethanol extract was given orally 1 time/d,the contents of Se,Cu,Ca,Fe,Zn and Mg in the liver and bone marrow tissue were detected 5 weeks later.Results Rhizoma Phragmitis ethanol extract could reduce the content of Cu in liver tissue of diabetic mice,significant differences was found between the groups(P<0.01),Se,Zn,Mg content showed no significant difference among the groups(P>0.05);also could reduce the Ca content in femur bone marrow tissue(P<0.01),but had no effect on the Fe content(P>0.05).Conclusion Diabetic mice have trace element metabolic disorder,and Rhizoma Phragmitis ethanol extract has a certain improvement of it.
