微创方法治疗跟骨关节内骨折的疗效观察

目的探讨跟骨关节内骨折的小切口微创治疗的效果。方法应回顾性分析对18例跟骨关节内骨折患者采用单一外侧小切口入路复位、螺钉克氏针联合内固定术。结果所有病例,皮肤切口愈合,无坏死,感染,或腓肠神经损伤。平均8周﹙7～10周﹚后,骨折全部愈合;患者平均4.3个月的时间﹙3～7个月﹚后,恢复日常活动。结论小的单一的外侧入路微创技术对跟骨关节内移位性的粉碎性骨折的复位和最小损伤性内固定的治疗效果明显。

Application of minimally invasive treatment for intra-articular calcaneal fracture

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of minimally invasive treatment for intra-articular calcaneal fracture by small incision.Methods A clinical review was conducted on lateral small incision reposition and internal fixation with screw and Kirschner wire for 18 cases of intra-articular calcaneal fracture.Results All the cases have none wound infection,necrosis of skin and injury of sural nerve.Fracture healing in 7~10 weeks,average 8 weeks.The patients could recover daily activities in 3~7 months,average 4.3 months.Conclusion Lateral small incision minimally invasive technology can effectively reset the comminuted fracture and keep microlesion in internal fixation for intra-articular calcaneal fracture.
