阿奇霉素联合左氧氟沙星治疗肺炎支原体感染临床分析

目的:研究与分析阿奇霉素联合左氧氟沙星治疗肺炎支原体感染的临床效果。方法:选取本院近2年来收治的肺炎支原体感染患者83例,对其使用阿奇霉素联合左氧氟沙星进行治疗。对于仅有发热表现而未发生肺炎的35例患者设为1组,而具有发热表现且发生肺炎的48例患者设为2组,测定2组患者的白细胞数、淋巴细胞数、CRP值、体温恢复情况、治愈时间等。结果:两组患者的CRP值均有明显的增高,但白细胞数和淋巴细胞数无统计学差异,1组患者的治愈时间明显短于2组患者,且体温恢复情况优于2组患者。在通过阿奇霉素联合左氧氟沙星治疗后2组患者均已痊愈出院。结论:阿奇霉素联合左氧氟沙星治疗肺炎支原体感染疗效好、安全可靠,值得在临床上得到推广和应用。

Azithromycin levofloxacin in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in clinical analysis

Objective:To study and analysis of azithromycin combined levofloxacin in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in the clinical effect.Methods:Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in 83 patients were treated in hospital for nearly two years,treatment with azithromycin levofloxacin.Set to 1,while the performance and sent 48 cases of pneumonia patients fever is set to 2,determination of the two groups of patients with white blood cell count,lymphocyte count and CRP values,body temperature for only heating performance without pneumonia,35 cases of patients recovery and healing time.Results:The two groups of patients with CRP values were significantly increased,but no significant difference between white blood cell count and lymphocyte count,a group of patients with healing time was significantly shorter in group 2 patients,and the temperature recovery is better than group 2 patients.Azithromycin levofloxacin in the treatment group 2 patients have been discharged.Conclusion:Azithromycin Levofloxacin treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection is effective,safe,reliable,and worthy of promotion and application in clinical.
