| 摘 要： | 双腔起搏可抑制病态窦房结综合征患者心房颤动的发生，但过多的心房及心室起搏可诱发心房颤动。现就近几年有关不同部位心脏起搏与心房颤动关系的研究作一简要综述。

| Abstract: | Dual chamber pacing can inhibit atrial fibrillation （Af） to some extent in patients with sick sinus syndrome, however excessive atrial and ventricular pacing can also precipitate Af. This article briefly reviews the study of the different parts of cardiac pacing and Af in the last few years. |
