广西11万1—6岁小儿脑性瘫痪患病状况调查分析

目的 通过广西部分市县小儿脑性瘫痪（简称脑瘫）的试点调查，为全省范围的调查及防治工作打下基础。方法 采用整群抽样法在横县、钦州抽取２４个乡（镇）为样本区，由通过专业培训的人员按统一诊断标准，对样本区１～６岁小儿进行脑性瘫痪的患病状况调查。结果 共调查１１４９５２人，脑瘫１５２例，脑瘫患病率为１．３３‰，其中男性１１１例，占７３％，女性４１例占２７％。结论 广西两县１１万１～６岁小儿脑瘫患病率与国内

Analysis on result of investigation on cerebral palsy prevalence of 110,000 children aged 1-6 years in Guangxi

Objective:To understand the prevalence and status of cerebral palsy in children of Guangxi so as to pave the way to conduct province wide survey and work out ways for protection Methods:From May to November 1998,investigation on the status of cerebral palsy among children from 1~6 years was conducted in 24 counties of Hengxian County and Qinzhou Couty Investigators were corporately trained in order to use the same screening criteria and physical examination Result:Among the examined 114,592 children,aged 1~6,152 were diagnosed as cerebral palsy(1 33%) including 111 males(73%) and 41 females(27%) Conclusion:The prevalence of cerebral palsy of over 110,000 children in two counties was close to domestic report,but relatively low compared with that of the developed countries,which might be related to a regional low survival rate of high risk neonates,death rate of neonates and sanitary status
