刘复兴教授应用"消、托、补"法治疗皮肤病的经验

皮肤病属于中医外科疾病范畴,刘复兴主任医师将中医外科疮疡治疗三大法则"消、托、补"法在皮肤科领域中广泛应用。认为消法用于皮肤病初起,即使不能内消,亦可移深居浅,转重就轻。托法用于气血虚、邪毒盛之中期病变。补法用于病势日久,毒势已去,精神衰微,元气虚弱阶段。体会:消、托、补三大法则亦适用于皮肤科疾病的治疗,临证总以审证求因,辨证论治为原则,灵活地采取相应的治疗方法,准确用药,方可获效。

Dermatopathy is one branch of traditional surgery.Prof Liu Fu-xing has cured sorcs extensively by dispelling,supporting,supplementing.The method of dispelling helps Chinese herbs to cure the diseases in the early period.It can not dispel all the sores,but force them to come to the skin surface and reduce sores.The method of supporting helps Chinese herbs to cure the diseases in the medial period.In this period,the disease is serious.This method will be helpful to the patients no matter they are in a good or bad health.The method of supplementing helps Chinese herbs to cure the disease in the last period.In this period,the diseases are not very serious.Patients can not recover soon because the diseases have existed for a long time.This method has supplemented the patients a great deal and helped them recover.But this method should not be overdone.
