| 摘 要： | 目的：分析以社区卫生服务形式防治支气管哮喘的效果，以此促进基层支气管哮喘防治水平，提高缓解率。方法：制定防治预案，完成病例选择后，对所属社区内哮喘儿童进行社区防治，以三年来的群体发作程度、频率及肺功能的变化与对照组相比较。结果：三方面指标对比显示，防治组与对照组差异具有显著性。结论：开展社区卫生服务是提高基层儿童哮喘防治效果的有效措施，应推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To analyze the effect of community health service in preventing and treating bronchial asthma.and to improve community prevention and treatment of the disease.Methods:The plan for prevention and treatment was made and the cases for this study selected.The indexes,such as the degree and frequency of community attack,changes of lung function,were compared between this group and the control group.Results:The comparisions showed that there was a significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion:Community health service is an effective measure to improve community prevention and treatment of child bronchial asthma. |
