| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨从胃管注入大黄汤减轻急性胰腺炎病人腹胀的效果。[方法]选择49例急性胰腺炎病人,随机分为实验组(31例)和对照组(18例),在对照组常规治疗的基础上,实验组加用胃管注入大黄汤法,观察两组病人肠鸣音恢复时间、留置胃管时间、禁食时间等。[结果]实验组留置胃管时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、住院天数比对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。[结论]从胃管注入大黄汤法,能减轻急性胰腺炎病人的腹胀,减轻病人痛苦。

| Abstract: | Objective: To probe into the effect of Rhubarb decoction gastric tube influx to relieve abdominal distention for acute pacreatitis patients. Method: A total of 49 acute pacreatitis patients were divided into test (31 cases) and control group (18 cases). Based on the routine therapy, patients in test group were given Rhubarb decoction by gastric tube influx. Then the recovery time of bowel sound, the gastric tube detaining time, and fasting time of all patients were observed.[HJ*3] Result: In terms of the gastric tube detaining time, bowel sound recovery time and the hospitalization days of test group cases were shorter than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Rhubarb decoction influx via gastric tube can relieve abdominal distention for acute pancreatitis patients and relieve the sufferings of them. |
