| 摘 要： | 用血液净化疗法治疗 2例严重甲状腺危象患者 ,结合文献及临床资料比较血液透析与血浆置换的疗效 ,提示血液净化对严重甲状腺危象患者是一种有效的方法且血浆置换较血液透析更为有效。 |

| Abstract: | Two patients with severe thyroid storm were treated by blood purification. The therapeutic effect on thyroid storm was compared between hemodialysis and plasmapheresis according to medical literature and clinical data, suggesting that blood purification is an effective therapy for severe thyroid storm and plasmapheresis is more effective than hemodialysis. |
