川芎嗪注射液联合肝素钠与口服熊去氧胆酸治疗慢性淤胆型肝炎疗效观察

探讨与观察川芎嗪注射液联合肝素钠与口服熊去氧胆酸治疗慢性淤胆型肝炎的临床疗效和安全性,并与苦黄注射液进行比较。56例随机分为治疗组(29例)和对照组(27例),治疗组采用川芎嗪注射液(120-200)mg加入50%葡萄糖250ml缓慢静滴,每日1次;联合肝素钠注射液6250单位加入0．9％生理盐水150ml静滴,(20～30)滴／分,每日2次;同时配合熊去氧胆酸片(UDCA)每次(150～250)mg,每日3次口服。对照组用苦黄注射液30ml加入5％葡萄糖250ml静滴,每日1次,疗程均(5～8)周。治疗组总有效率86．2％,对照组62．9％,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0．05)。治疗组治疗后肝功能指标(TBil、ALT、ALP、GGT)均较对照组明显下降,差异显著。提示川芎嗪注射液联合肝素钠与口服UDCA治疗慢性淤胆型肝炎疗效肯定,价廉安全,适合临床普及推广。

Therapeutic effect of ligustrazine together with heparin sodium and ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA) on chronic cholestatic hepatitis

To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of ligustrazine together with heparin sodium at low dose and ursodeoxy-cholic acid (UDCA) on chronic cholestatic hepatits. Fifty six patients with chronic cholestatic hepatitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Twenty nine patients were treated with 120 -200mg ligustrazine, 6250u heparin 2 times daily and 150 -250mg UDCA 3 times daily. While twenty seven patients were treated with Kuhuang once daily by intravenous drip for 5 -8 weeks. Effective rate in treatment group were 86. 2% and significantly higher than that in control group (P < 0. 05 ) . TBil, ALT, ALP and GGT in treatment group were significantly lower than that in control group. The results showed that ligustrazine together with heparin sodium at low dose and UDCA had steady therapeutic effect on chronic cholestatic hepatitis, and it was cheap, safe and adapted to clinic application.
