| 摘 要： | １１０例运动试验阳性的冠心病患者多导联监测结果表明：①运动后ＳＴ段压低的恢复时间在Ｖ３、Ｖ４最长，Ｖ６、Ⅲ导最短。两组比较差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０５），说明导联对ＳＴ段压低恢复时间的影响。②各导联ＳＴ段压低恢复时间的长短与ＳＴ段压低的深度、形态无关，而与ＳＴ段压低的出现时间有关。③Ⅱ、Ⅲ、ａｖＦ、Ｖ３、Ｖ４、Ｖ５、及Ｖ６对ＳＴ段压低的检出率分别为５０．９％、７７．３％、６３．６％、２０．９％、５４．５％、６９．１％及６８．２％。

| Abstract: | he reuslts from multi-lead-monitoring in ll0 CHD patients with positive exercisetesting showed :1. The longest recovery time of ST depression was in leads V3and V4,while the shortest recovery time of ST depression was in leads V6and III, the difference be- tween the two groups was significant(P<0.05), which indicated the influence of the leadson recovery time of ST depression;2.Therecovery time of sT depression was not correlat-ed with the occurrence time of ST depression;3.The detect able rate of ST depression in leads II,III,avF,V3,V4,V5andV6was 53%,77%,64%,23%,56%,70%and 68% respectivelay. |
