| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨河北省不同地区女性生殖道支原体感染及对药物的敏感结果分析。方法：使用支原体培养及药敏试剂盒检测1357例女性生殖道的解脲支原体,并对6种抗生素的药敏试验进行分析。结果：河北省各地支原体感染以单纯解脲支原体感染为主,交沙霉素、阿奇霉素对支原体的敏感性很强,但是各地的支原体对药物的敏感性略有不同。结论：河北省不同地区女性生殖道支原体感染主要为解脲支原体。阿奇霉素和交沙霉素为首选药物。

| Abstract: | Objective:To research the female vagina mycoplasma infection and the sensitivity to drugs in different areas of Hebei province.Method: We used the culture of mycoplasma and reagent boxes to examine the mycoplasma in 1357 women's vaginas then the sensitivity tests to 6 kinds of antibiotic.Result: The main infection was mycoplasina in Hebei area.Azithromycin and Josamycin is sesitive to it.Conclusion: The female vagina mycoplasma infection is mycoplasma.Azithromycin and Josamycin are the first drugs for it. |
