| 摘 要： | 目的:研究调经养颜片(黄芪、女贞子等)中人参皂苷Rg1的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定人参皂苷Rg1的含量。结果:人参皂苷Rg1的平均加样回收率为97.89%,RSD为1.1(n=6),在0.4μg~10μg范围内,有良好线性关系(r=0.9991)。结论:该方法简便、灵敏、重复性好,可作为调经养颜片中人参皂苷Rg1的含量测定方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study a method for determining ginsenoside Rg1 contents in Tiaojingyangyan troche.Methods: HPLC was used to determine ginsenoside Rg1 contents.Results: Ginsenoside Rg1 showed a linear range of 0.4 μg～10 μg(r=0.9991),the average recoveries were 97.89% for ginsenoside Rg1(RSD=1.1) respectively n=6.Conclusion: The method is simple,sensitive and precise.It can be used for the determination of Ginsenoside Rg1 in Tiaojingyangyan troche. |
