党政干部工作倦怠、离职意向、自我效能感、工作绩效关系研究

摘    要:目的 对党政干部工作倦怠、离职意向、自我效能感、工作绩效关系进行探讨.方法 采用自编的工作倦怠问卷、离职意向问卷、自我效能感问卷、工作绩效问卷对党政干部进行调查,用相关分析、回归分析对数据进行处理.结果 党政干部工作倦怠与离职意向存在显著正相关,与自我效能感、工作绩效存在显著负相关,工作倦怠、自我效能感、工作绩效可以直接或间接影响离职意向.结论 党政干部工作倦怠、离职意向,自我效能感、工作绩效之问相关显著.

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between job burnout,turnover intention,self-efficacy,job performance of party and governmental cadres.Methods To investigate the party and governmental cadres by questionnaire of job burnout,turnover intention,self-efficacy,job performance,correlation,regression were used to compute data.Results The party and governmental cadres' job burnout positively correlated with turnover intention and negatively correlated with self-efficacy and job performance;Job burnout,self-efficacy,job performance can directly or indirectly influence turnover intention.Conclusion The party and governmental cadres' job burnout,turnover intention,self-efficacy,job performance have significant correlations.
