洛阳市2005年流行性乙型脑炎监测资料分析

[目的]了解洛阳市流行性乙型脑炎（乙脑）的流行特征，为制定乙脑控制策略提供依据。[方法]对洛阳市2005年乙脑疫情与血清学监测资料进行分析。[结果]洛阳市2005年乙脑发病43例，发病率为0．67／10万，男性为0．73／10万，女性为0．61／10万，15岁以下为1．88／10万，15岁以上为0．37／10万；死亡7例，病死率为16．28％，0～15岁儿童为4，17％，15岁以上为31．58％。43例病人中，乙脑疫苗全程接种的只有1例。经血清乙脑IgM抗体检测复核，病人的诊断符合率为88．37％。[结论]乙脑流行特征与往年相比尚无变化，但大年龄人群发病率较高。

Analysis on Surveillance Data of Japanese B Encephalitis in Luoyang City in 2005

[Objective]To explore the epidemic situation of the Japanese B Encephalitis(JE) in 2005 in Luoyang,in order.to provide scientific basis for its control effectively.[Methods]To analyze the epidemic situation and the serology surveillance data of JE.[Results]43 JE cases were reported in 2005.The total JE incidence was 0.6710~5,and 0.7310~5 for the male,0.6110~5 for the female.The incidence of children under fifteen years old was 1.8810~5,while 0.3710~5 for adults.Seven cases of the patients were dead in the end.The morbidity was 16.28%,and 4.17% for children,31.58% for adults.IgM antibody positive rate was 88.37%(3843).[Conclusion]The epidemiologic characteristics of JE during 2005 was as the same with the former years.The J E incidence of adualts in Luoyang was relatively higher than other region in our country.
