| 摘 要： | 目的探讨PTEN基因和ICAM-1与肝细胞癌发生、发展侵袭转移的关系及意义。方法采用免疫组化SABC法对46例手术切除标本进行实验研究。结果HCC患者PTEN基因及ICAM-1阳性率分别为65.2%(30/46),58.7%(27/46),癌旁组织中阳性率分别为90.9%(30/33),87.8%(29/33),两者表达与患者年龄,性别,肿瘤大小及AFP是否阳性无关,而与肝细胞癌病理分级,包膜及癌栓的有无关系密切。其中PTEN与HBsAg是否阳性无关,ICAM-1与HBsAg是否阳性关系密切。结论PTEN基因与ICAM-1在HCC发生、发展、侵袭转移过程中两者呈负相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between the PTEN and the ICAM-1 and the HCC in the development,invasion and metastasis and its clinical pathologic significance.Methods We made the immunity set to turn the SABC method dyeing examination.Results It showed that the positive rates of PTEN gene and ICAM-1 were 65.2%(30/46),58.7%(27/46).The positive rates of tissue near cancer were 90.9%(30/33),87.8%(29/33,P<0.05).It proved that the sufferers with PTEN and ICAM-1 were not related to their ages,sexes,tumor size and AFP but closed with the gread of pathologic,encapsulated and embolism.Conclusion It shows negative relation between PTEN gene and ICAM-1 in HCC. |
